Visitor Policy
Everything you need to know to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience with us.
Visitor Guidelines
At Apex Specialty Care, we prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our patients, visitors, and staff. Our visitor policies are designed to create a supportive environment while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and clinical care.
Current Regulations
- Visitor Limit: Each patient is allowed one visitor during their stay to ensure a calm, quiet, and manageable environment conducive to healing.
- Health Screening: Visitors showing any signs of illness, such as fever, cough, or sore throat, should refrain from entering the facility to protect our patients and staff.
- Masking: Visitors are encouraged to wear masks in patient care areas or where respiratory illnesses may be present. Masks are available at the front desk upon request.
- Hygiene Practices: Please wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival, before entering a patient room, and before leaving the facility. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Waiting Areas
For surgical patients, visitors may wait in the designated waiting area until the patient is ready for discharge or until further updates are provided by the surgical care team. Visitors must remain in designated areas, as directed by staff.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone at Apex Specialty Care. If you have any questions about our visitor policies, please contact us directly.
